I’ve had this huge (200 ml) tube of mineral sunscreen for awhile now. I bought it after reading really good reviews from users with sensitive skin.
The sunscreen tube says it’s a lotion but it comes out like a cream – maybe really thick lotion? It’s tinted so there are no white streaks. The smell is pretty neutral with no fragrance, which I like. What I don’t like is the application – it sets pretty fast so you need to spread the sunscreen as quickly as possible. BUT it doesn’t spread easily at all! It pills horribly over serum / under make-up. Which is really sad because the ingredient list is super clean. Take a look yourself:
AQUA, ISOAMYL P-METHOXYCINNAMATE, HELIANTHUS ANNUUS (SUNFLOWER) SEED OIL*, OLEA EUROPAEA (OLIVE) FRUIT OIL*, ELAEIS GUINEENSIS (PALM) OIL*^, TITANIUM DIOXIDE [NANO], DIETHYLAMINO HYDROXYBENZOL HEXYL BENZOATE, CETEARYL ALCOHOL, GLYCERYL STEARATE, CETEARYL GLUCOSIDE, CERA ALBA (BEESWAX)*, ALOE BARBADENSIS (ALOE VERA) LEAF JUICE POWDER*, PERSEA GRATISSIMA (AVOCADO) OIL*, CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA (CHAMOMILE) FLOWER EXTRACT*, ALTHAEA OFFICINALIS (MARSHMALLOW) ROOT EXTRACT*, CAMELLIA SINENSIS (GREEN TEA) LEAF EXTRACT*, lEONTOPODIUM ALPINUM LEAF EXTRACT, COMMIPHORA MYRRHA (MYRRH) OIL^, ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS (ROSEMARY) LEAF EXTRACT*,SODIUM STEAROYL GLUTAMATE. GLUCONOLACTONE, SODIUM BENZOATE, SODIUM DEHYDROACETATE, PHYTIC ACID.

Other than the application issue, I haven’t had any problem with the product. It stays well on the skin, even when sweating or in the water and doesn’t clog it (despite the thick texture). However, I experienced slight tanning when I stayed out in the sun all day long. So should definitely reapply every 1-2 hrs or use a stronger sunscreen for the swimming days.
PS: I wouldn’t recommend this to people with active acne as the excessive rubbing you’ll have to do to apply the sunscreen may aggravate your acne.
